Zitat G Roberto Luongo downplayed his decision not to come back on the ice as the game's first star and take a skate and do an interview for the fans after losing his shutout with 10.8 seconds left in Wednesday's 43-save, 3-1 win over Calgary. Luongo, who usually gives his game stick to a young fan when he's named a star, was criticized by many for not coming back out. "I don't know if that is a big deal or not, but like I said I was a bit upset with myself to lose a shutout like that," Luongo said. "I'm a competitor, I don't know what to tell you. I'll give two sticks away next game." (Yahoo! Sports)

The Edmonton Oilers, Washington Capitals, Buffalo Sabres, New York Rangers, Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks have been asked by the league to partake in next season's Premiere Games, multiple industry sources told ESPN.com Saturday.
Unfassbar...
