Du hast völlig Recht! Jedoch glaube ich nicht wirklich an Leute wie Roach oder Perrin, das dürfte selbst den finaziellen Rahmen der Lions sprengen!
Ich frage mich immer, warum man vor die noch zu findenden Spielere unbedingt das Wort TOP setzen muss. Was macht einen TOP Spieler denn aus???Hohes Gehalt (so scheinen einige hier zu denken)???Viele Scorerpunkte??Teamgeist???Guter Charakter???Jung und hungrig???

Darüber habe ich mir auch schon einige Gedanken gemacht:
Hohes Gehalt: Ganz bestimmt nicht. Es muss das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmen. Aber leider ist es nun mal so, dass ein sehr guter Spieler auch üblicherweise mehr Geld verdient. Somit kann ein hohes Gehalt ein Indikator für gute Leistung in der Vergangenheit sein. (was aber nicht bedeutet, dass der Spieler seine Leistungen auch in Zukunft abrufen kann).
Viele Scorerpunkte: (kommt drauf an für welche Position du einen Spieler verpflichtet: Im extrem Fall wird ein Goalie keinen einzigen Scorer Punkt haben und kann trotzdem gut sein. Genauso sieht es auf der Verteidiger Position bei einem Stay at home Defender aus, die ja einfach gut hinten dicht machen.
Teamgeist: Bildet sich von selbst. Aber man kann ihn durch die Auswahl der Spieler beeinflussen. Wir sind nicht Deutscher Meister geworden, weil wir die beste Mannschaft hatten, sondern weil wir eine gesunde Mischung aus Spaßvögeln (Jocher) und Kerlen hatten, die wussten was sie wie in die Wagschale zu werfen haben.
Guter Charakter: Aus meiner Sicht ein ganz wichtiger Punkt: Und mit entscheidend für die Spielerverpflichtung. Aber eben nur ein Punkt. Jocher hat ohne Frage einen super Charakter, aber war spielerisch sagen wir mal nicht grad überragend. Bei Wright Schneider und Gordon unterstelle ich mal genau das Gegenteil. Spielerisch und technisch stehen sie ganz oben. Vom Charakter her... mh.... (kann sich ja jeder selbst eine Meinung bilden.)
Mein extrem Beispiel beim Charakter ist aber immer noch der kleine Glatzkopf Patrice Lefebvre. An Arroganz und Hochnäsigkeit nicht zu überbietender aber unglaublich technisch versierter Spieler.
Also der Charakter gepart mit überdurchschnittlichen Skills macht für mich einen Top Spieler aus.
Jung und Hunrig: ist mir persönlich scheiß egal. Es geht ja auch Alt und Hungrig. Das Alter ist für mich absolut nebensächlich. Es soll ja auch schon NHL Meister gegeben haben, die einen 32 er Schnitt im Team hatten. Das Alter sagt nichts über die Qualität aus.
Aber gerade die Mannschaften, die keinen Hopp im Hintergrund haben, sind junge Spieler die Gelegenheit um einen billigen Glückstreffer zu landen.
Aber das ist nur meine Einschätzung. Das mag hier jeder anders sehen.

In der Notiz steht, dass Perrin für vergleichsweise kleines Geld als Center der dritten Reihe eingekauft worden sei. Diese Aufgabe habe er zufriedenstellend erfüllt, aber man möchte sich qualitativ verbessern. Man verhandelt nicht mit dem Agenten von Perrin, sondern mit dem Agenten von Babtschuk, der ebenfalls Omsk verlassen soll.
